LFC employs a full time Dean of Students to maintain a positive culture. By guiding positive behavior initiatives our Dean of Students empowers students and teachers for success every day.

Fostering Positive School Culture

Services

Conduct individual, group, and classroom sessions.
Conduct regular school culture walkthroughs to help maintain a high-achieving academic culture.
Support teachers in class to problem solve ways to address challenging student behavior.
Provide proactive interventions that support appropriate student decision-making.
Test anxiety/relaxation techniques.
Meet with groups and/or grade levels of students on issues that are trending.
Work closely with the social worker to enforce a school-wide anti-bullying plan.
Provide student support in collaboration with the school social worker.
Lead PBIS Team.
